About Asia Music School
Founded in 2008 by Ms. Vivian Gao, Asia Music School has grown into a distinguished institution dedicated to nurturing musical talent and inspiring a lifelong passion for the arts. Under Ms. Gao’s vision and leadership, the school provides a vibrant learning environment where students of all ages can develop their artistry, creativity, and confidence.
Ms. Gao, Executive Director of Asia Music Group, is a graduate of the NAFA Music Faculty and holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University. She has also served as a juror for several prestigious music competitions, contributing her expertise to support and encourage young musicians.
With a strong commitment to excellence in music education, Asia Music School continues to shape the next generation of musicians through high-quality teaching, performance opportunities, and a global outlook.

Our Offerings:
At Asia Music School, we believe in offering more. We provide engaging and comprehensive music courses by professional, highly skilled and passionate music teachers to children and adults since 2008. We offer personalised individual or group music courses for piano, violin, guitar, drum, ukulele, singing and other musical genres.
Our instructors are full-time staff and are specially selected from renowned music conservatories, and are all minimally diploma holders in their specialist fields. We specialize in providing individual lessons, but are able to make provisions for groups interested in taking lessons together.
Since 2012, we have expanded the repertoire of courses offered by our school to include other programs such as dance classes and holiday programs. We also provide maintenance and tuning services, having been engaged by Chongfu Primary School in 2013 to restring and tune their guzhengs. We have also been supplying musical instruments, teaching materials, and accessories to schools around Singapore since 2010.
Our Involvement:
Our students have performed at venues such as West Coast Plaza, Orchard Central, Big Box, HDB Hub and Bugis Plus Shopping Mall for various events. We also hold concerts for our students to showcase their progress, the first having been held at Republic Polytechnic Cultural Centre Theatre in 2013 and the second at the Singapore Conference Hall Concert Hall in 2015.
We were also invited to participate in the Singapore Conference Hall Ensemble Series in October 2015. Our instructional services have also been engaged by government schools, and our resident instructors currently teach Teck Chee Primary School and North View Secondary School’s Guzheng Ensembles, as well as the Ukulele/Guitar Ensemble at Assumption Primary School.
